Description:
In Emergent Knowledge (EK) a person uses the space around them and their desired goal to map out all known information. By repeatedly asking sets of 6 simple questions and moving their body in the space, the person takes on different perspectives and new knowledge emerges, leading to insights and transformational change. EK eliminates the physiology of effort. In EK the person is treated as a system; anything that affects one part of the system will affect other parts. Through a series of repetitive questions, which are 'clean' because they do not lead or influence the individual, a knowing emerges which may have become inaccessible over the years, due to life's twists and turns. Using this in a group process can open multiple new perspectives. EK engages the client's own process (a network of knowing within and beyond their body) to unravel these complexities and to access emerging, congruent selves.
