We're going to experiment with using this space to post key agreements or policies that are useful to have collated in one place for easy reference.
Policy for Deck Sales, Purchases and Inventorying (adopted May 23, 2014)
- Deck Pricing: retail price is $35 for 1, $25 for 10 or more, $20 for 50 or more, high volume purchasers can contact us for discussion of pricing which, with concurrence with Core Team could be as low as $17.50.
- Deck Pricing Discounts: Core Team members can buy 10 or more at $20; ambassadors and stewards can buy 10 or more at $20 with a discount code.
- Core Team Purchases: Core Team members buying 10 decks or more are entitled to be reimbursed by the project for the costs of shipping and postage (and any taxes and duties) to get the decks to them or to events they are involved with. We will try to arrange to minimize such shipping costs by taking advantage of meetings we are having together or other coincidental travel; otherwise notify Dave of your shipping/postage/taxes/duties costs and he'll reimburse you by project check.
- Core Team Inventories: Core Team members may maintain, replenish and sell from an "inventory" of decks kept at their own house. Any changes in such inventories should be reported immediately to Dave. Notify Dave of your deck/shipping/postage/taxes/duties costs and he'll reimburse you by project check.
