Copied over from the old Wagn site:
We are currently working with four stages in the development of each pattern in the language. Here are the four stages, and below are the patterns in each stage:
Seed

The pattern has been named and a card for it created, with perhaps a bit of initial information entered.
Sprout

At least the Heart field and 2 additional fields (author's choice) have text entered in them. This might only be rough text or notes.
Bloom

The Heart and Description fields, and Related Patterns (both the list and the explanations of how those patterns are related) are filled out, with descriptive text that reads in a more polished way (rather than just rough notes or an initial list of points), plus at least one other field (Visual, Examples, Resources, etc.).
Bouquet

All fields are filled out (including Visual), and some significant thought has been given as to how this pattern fits into the whole pattern language.
