Norms around distributing Free Decks:
- Free/Promotional Decks may distributed to anyone at the discretion of anyone in the Core Team, within budget.
- Most common reasons are because the recipient is a network node (and is expected to share it with others) or to express appreciation from group for services rendered.
- Please email Dave any time a Free Deck is given; you can send it through Olin & Dan or do it directly yourself.
- If you want to go beyond budget or give away multiple decks, please consult the rest of the Core Team first.
Free deck data: since December 2013, Dave has been tracking free decks on the monthly accounting spreadsheet, tab 6. The notes on the right side of the tab show who received the free decks.
