Workshops & Consulting Internal Page
We are happy to do workshops when the fit is right.
Norm is $1000/day, or $150/hour for face time, $200/hour for 2 people.
While we do offer solo workshop leaders, we encourage groups to consider the following benefits of hiring two or more team members:
- Two heads are better than one for tuning into what your group needs and coming up with the richest and best designed agenda
- Covering more bases – for example, one person might do verbal facilitation while another records people's comments on a flipchart, and a third may focus on
silent dynamics that aren't yet being spoken and help bring these out - Facilitator energy is maintained by being able to support and "spell" each other; an easier facilitator experience means more energy and joy for your group
